Dr. Williamson has referred your letter to me for reply. Alabama's Food Rules do not have any specifications for the type of shoes or clothing of customers. The only Rule reference that would apply to customers is that "traffic of unnecessary persons through the food preparation and utensil washing area is prohibited."
