Society for Barefoot Living - Sharing Pictures

If you'd like to share pictures with the rest of the group, you must use one of the three options below. You cannot simply attach them to a submission to the list, because the list server is set to strip all attachments. The three options have different properties with respect to who can see the pictures, so read through all of them before choosing.

1. Private Web Space: You can place the pictures on a web server that you have access to, and then provide a link to them in a submission to the list. This makes the pictures accessible to the world, but they are only "announced" to the list.
2. Yahoo! Groups picture area: You can email the pictures to sbl-list-owner@barefooters.org. One of the moderators will place the pictures in the private group area, and then provide you with a link that you can use to announce the pictures to the group. Only SBL members will be able to view the pictures.
3. SBL Website Gallery: If the pictures meet the criteria described in the gallery, you can email the pictures to the webmaster, along with a brief description of when and where they were taken and who the subjects are (if known). They will be added to the gallery and you will be provided with a link that you can use to notify the group of the new pictures. These pictures will accessible to the world, and anyone browsing the gallery will find them.
